The Department of Human Resources works directly with the HHCS Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) and is responsible for assisting teachers in the development and completion of their Individual Professional Development Plans (IPDP). Creating, implementing and completing an IPDP should be a rewarding experience that allows a teacher to enhance and further develop their personal goals while supporting their district, school and students.
Teachers and other certified staff members must submit an IPDP and successfully complete it in order to renew their educational licenses. The LPDC meets monthly to provide timely feedback to those who are submitting, revising, or completing an IPDP.
